He was and still is the major factor to my fibromyalgia recovery. I was the other factor. Willpower. Hitting rock bottom and 'wanting' to get better,...to get your life back. Dr. Michel is the one to call.

From the minute I first entered Dr. Michel's office I knew I was in the right place. I had suffered from fibromyaliga, chronic pain, chronic fatigue, and IBS for over 20 years. All of the prior doctors offered no solution, other than to prescribe more drugs, which I did not want to be taking for a lifetime.
Dr, Michel explained his treatment approach in a manner that made absolute sense. Within a short time I was feeling better then I had felt in years. Dr. Michel and his staff are all-stars. What they do works.

Dr. Michel is very knowledgeable, for which I am very grateful, as I have severe osteoporosis. He's helped me through some very difficult times, including a crushed spine. Also, his staff is very knowledgeable, professional, caring, and always pleasant.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
Did the chiropractor update you about the progression of your recovery at each appointment?
Definitely! They made an extra effort to keep me well informed.

They have completely eliminated my need for pain medication and enhanced my overall well-being. I feel better than ever. They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

Berl Michel, D.C. is so easy to reach in an emergency. Berl Michel, D.C. answered my call immediately and is always there for me when I need it the most. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned Berl Michel, D.C. is for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased! I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when Berl Michel, D.C. informed me of what was learned at the latest conference attended and how it was incorporated into the practice. I felt better than I have in years when I left my appointment with Berl Michel, D.C.. I never feel stiff at all. Berl Michel, D.C.'s staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
