Stacy took care of a hip/low back problem that my previous chiropractor was not able too. The detailed care she gave and the feedback she asked for was very impressive. I highly recommend her.

I visited Stacy's office to learn about a weight loss product. On my first appointment to start on the chiro thin product I waited over 20 minutes while Stacy was at lunch. The office was very chaotic and I eventually had to leave to return to work. I did receive a call from her to reschedule and she offered me a free laser lipo session.
I decided to give her another chance. I scheduled an appointment for a one week check in after being on the chiro thin and also scheduled the laser lipo for the same visit. Stacy did not know I was there for a one week check in. I had to tell her and she never looked at my food diary. Since I was only down a couple pounds she told me to start the diet over from the beginning. Which I did.
The staff who performed the Laser Lip was very unprofessional and there was no follow up when I was done. It was a 7 minute session. I have had laser lipo at another location and it was so much more professional than at Evolution and was for 45 minutes.
I also had a micro derm abrasion done at Evolution and found that staff person also very unprofessional. The office was cold, And she got stuff all over my hair.
My biggest complaint with Stacy Shopshire and Evolution is that she sold me a very expensive weight loss product with false claims and it was supposed to be doctor supervised. I never returned to her office and I never heard from her again. After the six week program I only lost 3 pounds and was told I would lose about 18 pounds and I gained it back in one week.
Evolution and Stacy and her staff are very unprofessional and unorganized. The customer service is aweful.
I would never recommend this office or Stacy to anyone for any type of service.
