I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

Dr. Forster at Insight Chiropractic is an extremely knowledgeable professional with a very holistic approach to health and wellness. I first started seeing Dr. Forster because she uses ARM - Active Release Method for muscle work when traditional adjustments may not be appropriate. She has done fantastic work with me and my body has responded so favorably to treatment. Dr. Forster definitely encourages self-healing techniques in addition to treatment and is a wealth of information and resources as well!
