No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them

Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored.

The equipment they used during my adjustment seemed very current and safe. You could tell everything was well taken care of. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients. At some of the other places I've been to, the chiropractor had super cold hands, so I was a little nervous I would have to deal with that here, but I didn't at all. I was more comfortable than I've ever been anywhere else.

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I was nervous that I was going to be numb or stiff after my adjustments, but I felt absolutely fantastic when I left. It's obvious that they are experts at what they do and I feel very safe under their care. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. Thank you for the amazing care. The environment and the staff was superb. The quality of service improved my lifestyle. The environment was extraordinary clean and relaxing. I would recommend this doctor to anyone who is need of quality service and at a fraction of the cost.
