The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. The wait time is acceptable to me. The front office is very good about booking enough time for each appointment since this provider is not known to rush. They spend a lot of time with me and I know they may need to spend extra time with some other clients as well. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. They are always spot-on about what is bothering me. I have never been misdiagnosed by this chiropractor; they are an expert at what they do. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate everyone. I was suffering from right sided lower back pain and numbness radiating to the outside of my thigh stopping at the knee. My symptoms were going on for about two months. I seen my family doctor whom diagnosed sciatica and referred me for therapy which afforded NO relief after 4 weeks of treatment and then seen an orthopedic who reccomended a chiropractor in his office to treat my sciatica. Another 4 weeks of treatment and pain medication gave me no relief. After two months of suffering I was given Dr Fricanoi's name and on my first visit he spent 20 minutes asking me questions about my condition and the treatment and medication I was taking. He then examined me, took x rays and a sonogram all on my initial visit as well as a urine test and told me I did not have sciatica but was suffering from kidney stones, which was out of the scope of his practice. He immediately called a urologist who squeezed me into his busy schedule the following day because Dr Fricano called and scheduled me for emergency surgery the next day. After surgery my symptoms were gone and the urologist said if I didn't have the surgery I would have suffered permanent kidney damage. Dr Fricano was the only physician who took the time to diagnose me correctly instead of just scheduling me for unnecessary treatment. He even called me in the hospital following surgery to see how I was feeling. He made me feel like I was his only patient even though he had a full office. Dr Fricano was more concerned about me than how much my insurance company would pay. I would reccomended him highly, wish more doctors had the same concern for their patients.
