Excessive turnover in staff, does not prepare you for how long the appointment will be in advance so could be 15min or 1 1/2 hrs long or what will be completed. ***Does not work well with teenagers who have ADHD*** Once bill is paid did not make patient a priority and did not stick with treatment plan she set. Current results of work completed is a disaster. Had to go see another orthodontist and was told he had never seen such horrible results for length of treatment received.
