I recommend Dr. Pollaccia without any hesitancy. He is warm, friendly, kind and knowledgeable. He prevented me from making a HUGE mistake and I am deeply appreciative for his honesty! You will not be disappointed!

That was the worst experience I've ever been through. I was supposed to be asleep during the whole surgery but I wasn't, I was wide awake, and I could feel everything that they did. The staff was so mean and kept telling me I was being ridiculous and that they do the surgery on people younger than me all the time and that I was acting ridiculous. By the time they got to the fourth tooth (the one that's been giving me pain) I started screaming and crying and was once again told I was being ridiculous. So they ended up only taking three teeth out, and none I'm in the worst pain I've ever been in. I have three teeth out and one tooth cut into and stitched up.

I had the most scaring and medically traumatic experience of my life. I was trusting and willing to go through with a simple expose and bond surgery that I was assured that there would be no complications or worries with such a simple procedure.
When they brought me into the room they would be doing the procedure in my mother was rushed out of the room immediately before any iv was administered without the anesthetic that was planned for in meetings prior. One of the asistants proceeded to strap my arms down to the chair for someone who was completely alert and under no anesthesia it was extremely frightening but I remained calm continueing to trust the people around me. I soon went to sleep and awoke with extreme pain shooting through the roof of my mouth. Pollaccia was no where to be found but I got the story from my mom how he yelled at her in the waiting room screaming to her that I was "combative", which couldn't possible be true as I was under complete sedation. He continued to say that if he gave me any more anesthesia he would kill me, but he never said anything to me. I never saw him when I woke up nor heard his voice from a phone call to even check on my welfare. What he had done to cause the extreme pain in my mouth is unknown as none of the procedure was executed, but a bracket was broken off of my braces which he had nothing to do with for this procedure.It all could have been very different if Nino was there to explain or talk to me after but he was only concerned with gaining my trust in the beginning and him and his staff were extremely rude to my mother. I would never recommend putting anyone through this much trauma and heartbreak, coming from someone who loved the dentist and was more than comfortable in the chair and office, I could never have imagined that these kind of dentist office nightmares still existed until it happened to me. I live with daily anxiety, and night terrors that force me to relive that horrible day over and over, my life has drastically changed for the worse. Please, I would do anything to never let this happen again, please please know who you are going to and always ask to have someone else in the room with you.

Today I had an appointment with Dr. Pollaccia to remove a back molar that went bad.

Everything went great from start to finish, for having a tooth removed.

Him and his staff are all really great ( very professional ) and made me feel totally at ease.
I felt no Pain with the numbing and the actual removal.

That was a 51 year old molar, so I am sure, it was in there pretty good and he surgically had it all out in maybe 10 minutes time after numbing. So I would definately refer him and his staff to others. And the costs are affordable.

Both my daughters had their wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Pollaccia. The estimates were accurate. They explained the procedures and answered all questions. One had insurance and one did not. One had 2 teeth extracted and one had 4 teeth extracted. Everything went well and exactly as explained to us. I have recommended this office to others. The staff was friendly, polite, and very professional.

I am responding to the last review posted by 226.193. I contend that all of these allegations are false and unsubstantiated. I have completed a chart review surrounding this time period and have been unable to locate a male patient whom I removed a cyst. Furthermore, I have never in my career referred a patient to a fellow oral surgeon because I was unable to complete a procedure or was unsure of a diagnosis. Respondent 226.193 please contact my office as I would like the opportunity to discuss these discrepancies.
