Joanne is an exceptional healer. She is a highly skilled, professional and empathic human with the capacity to listen deeply to verbal and bodily communication. In her presence there is both safety and challenge: to grow, to be authentic, to release grief and new and ancient pain.
Joanne is able to assess thoughtfully and respond to the needs of her clients with a vast range of healing practices.
She walks her own talk, fostering and responding to "shadow" issues.
I am so grateful to have been in her care. I recommend her with enthusiasm and without reservation!

Joanne is a wonderful massage therapist. She has an uncanny ability to make insightful comments on my life circumstances before I have revealed them and has helped me move through the trauma of sexual abuse through loving visualizations and encouraging words. I have great trust in her in her abilities.

Joanne recognizes what each person needs in a massage. She is kind, generous and intuitively understands what will enable this person to get the utmost in healing. Her ability to listen to the body is superb. I am always extremely grateful for each healing that I receive.

I've been to them all and finally found a women who understands how to heal my body and soul. Joanne is truly gifted. Glad to hear that Body Benefits is now a women's only massage practice.

I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. As far as massages go this is one of the best ones I have ever had. I plan on telling everyone I know about this place. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.
