Amazing work... really got rid of my neck & shoulder pain and really increased my mobility... I could actually look over my shoulder again! Jacinda really takes the time to find out what the issues are & then explain how she can help ease the pain... she asks what your goals for the session are... as in, do you want just a relaxing session or do you need some issues worked out and really just need some focus work on particular areas?

Anyway, a friend recommended her & I am SOOO glad that I gave her a shot... so worth it... I feel better than I have in years!

She has never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. She always makes an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, she takes time out of her day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. She is extremely reliable. Not only was she able to provide everything she promised me, she went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I was concerned that she might wear an obnoxious perfume, because I've dealt with that at other places, but she didn't even wear perfume. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. It was honestly one of the most relaxing massages I've ever had. She also managed to relieve the lower back & neck pain that I frequently suffer from. It was amazing & such a fantastic experience.
