Excellent yoga for beginners and most people in mediocre shape or with injuries. Anne is exceptionally knowledgeable compared to most instructors. What this is not is the hard going, sweaty trendy yoga that is popular; however if you want your form corrected to get to that level, Anne is great!

Anne is incredibly good at asking students what they need at the start of each class. She gathers all the responses and then tailors her instruction to meet everyone's needs. I don't know how she does it, but I always leave feeling like she designed the class just for me. I know the rest of the class feels exactly the same. The other instructors at Karuna Arts are also amazing. Anne and her strong group of instructors have helped me rehabilitate from a ruptured disc in my low back and a broken shoulder. I truly believe yoga at Karuna Arts is the reason I have been able to avoid back surgery.
