Dr. Brown has been treating my son for about 7 months for his Tourette's syndrome. Through his brain-based therapies and chiropractic work, my son's tics have become very minimal for over a month now. Dr. Brown has been very kind and compassionate and I would highly recommend him if you have any neurological issues or want to be treated by a very knowledgeable chiropractor.

The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. At some of the other places I've been to, the chiropractor had super cold hands, so I was a little nervous I would have to deal with that here, but I didn't at all. I was more comfortable than I've ever been anywhere else.

I have severe low back issues, and Dr. Brown was THE FIRST chiropractor to help me, not prescribe surgery! I love it there! The girls are always so nice at the front desk and it almost feels like a home away from home. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. The equipment they used during my adjustment was very advanced and sophisticated. It made me much more comfortable knowing that I was getting the most safe, current treatment. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.

The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients.
