The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. I wasn't very happy with how inconveniently located their business was because if I had known how long it would take me to get there I might have just gone somewhere else. It was really far from the freeway and other shopping centers. I was a little nervous that their hands would be too cold, because I've run into that at other places, but they weren't. I was very relieved. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.
