Dr. A is very comforting. She's very caring and has your needs to our best interest. I have had nothing but a great experience with her and her staff. I have gone to her for 3 years and she has always been attentive to my needs and to my problems directly addresses them. I will never go anywhere else. Those that have made a bad review need to gibe it a second chance. They could have been having a bad day.

I made the unfortunate mistake of visiting this office for several years. As long as you don’t question the doctor or show any concern with any prescriptions that are prescribed this is a great place. But if you really are concerned with your strength of mind, this is not the place for that. I went knowing the doctor was a psychiatrist and is supposed to be fully aware of what drugs they are prescribing. Supposed to be!!! But not even close. I mentioned the side effects of the drug I was taking that is clearly listed on the label and this so called dr was surprised. I know most will ignore the precautions others say and go here any way. That is a tragedy you could avoid. There are so many better places in Tulsa. And the staff is the most unprofessional uneducated humans to ever be speaking to patients. I was threatened and when I said I’d no longer go the response was to tell me they would no longer see me. How childish can you be? And this is from more than one member of their staff. Please please head warnings and choose someone else.

THIS OFFICE DECIDES TO DROP THEIR PATIENTS... THE OFFICES LIE AGAINST THEIR CLIENTS I SUGGEST LOOKING ELSE WHERE BEFORE USING THIS PLACE .I CAN PROVIDE A COPY OF WHAT THEY SEND IN THE MAIL WHEN THEY DROP YOUR SERVICES VERY UN PROFESSIONAL AS A CLINIC

I had read a lot of bad reviews before I went to Strength of Mind. but I had been there 5 years ago and hoped they had background info to help me adjust meds for depression. I was assigned to Dr. Maria Arquisola. Never met her before. She spent at least 30 minutes, if not more, with me as I told my story of challenges in personal life and the depression I felt I was in at that time. Her follow up questions showed a connection to my story. She likes the anti depressant I am taking but upped the dosage and advised me to continue with everything else I was taking. I liked her approach with not jumping to what I was fearful of. A number of new prescriptions to "fix me". The increased dosage, she felt, would hopefully help my state of mind and anxiety issues I was experiencing because of events in my personal life. I go back in a month. Maybe the negative reviews has changed the environment there or maybe things were overblown in the first place. But the office people were good, Dr. Arquisola was very good, and I hope I will be better off a month from now. I can not fault Strength of Mind's effort in dealing with me if I am not.

I really love my time here! I always leave feeling better than when I came. I would recommend this place to anyone who is hurting and in need of help. They always ask how I am and I know they truly care.

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help
Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines?
Yes

Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was not friendly at all; I didn't feel welcome there. I loved my psychiatrist and wish I still had the relationship with her although I think my counselor did not like me very much.. It is partially on account of the negativity of the other staff I left treatment and never returned. My own doctor was helpful and I left feeling encouraged.
