Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!

Absolutely! I can always count on them

Definitely! They made an extra effort to keep me well informed.

This is a wonderful place. Dr. Janet Howie has changed my life significantly for the better. I've seen numerous chiropractors in the Omaha area. Thank goodness a friend recommended Dr. Howie to me. Thanks a million. Ken

It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is nice but the docs are incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. One thing that made my adjustments more uncomfortable, was that their hands were pretty cold. I was able to bear it but it was difficult to stand it the entire treatment. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.
