Linda ever changing face makes it hard to recognize her from week to week.

She is not a registered nutritionist. She is a weight loss coach lol this woman dos not it a thing from her store. Her food is not measured or even gluten free Her short rib dish is short ribs lol the fat in this dish will set you back a week what diet gives you fat short ribs and 7oz and calls that diet food. Her calflower is frozen and they boil it till it’s mush all vitamins are drained out.

Her meatloafs never get weight out. So how would you truly know calories??

Her top cooks walk out she is down to just helpers not cooks.

Food is not handled by food handling safety control. It could sit out in made for hrs before being packed up. If the big walking shirts out she will rather chance it than get rid of it and start over Just watch if your gluten free know notball her ingredients are gf or safe. Most are butnever trust it.
