I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed...
i have had as many visits as i have been able to afford with dr. payne since 2009. she is, of over 10, clinical psychologists that i have had a patient relationship with throughout my life. it's easy and truthful to say that she has been my favorite dr. in this field and i look forward to our visits so much that i regret that i cannot see her more often. her expertise in women's issues not only involves the intuition that only females posses, but her knowledge and approach to the often sensitive subject is profound and uncommon. dr. payne is never judgmental or limiting. she realizes that each patient's situation is unique and she treats each patient with that in mind by never categorizing a person as if they were one of a group of one type. she would never lecture, chide or propagandize a person in crisis with a one size fits all solution because her intelligence, experience and compassion are all to great to resort to such an ineffectual and depersonalizing technique. -jen
