Joan has done so much to change my life over the past two years. I have been to many counselors through the years. She is by far the best I've experienced. She is direct in a caring, professional way. She gave me a diagnosis that was actually correct. I went through EMDR to deal with PTSD childhood related issues. I also deal with anxiety and depression. She figured out the correct meds. She's the first. She knows her stuff and doesn't mince words. She tells it like it is. I respect her honesty. She is not 'all fluff" like so many counselors are. She remembers everything and you know she really cares. She also gets right back to me when I text her. I cannot thank her enough. She truly changed my life. I am a Licensed Social Worker. I know the field well. She's worth every penny!

Wonderfully caring, very competent, and good diagnostician. Knowledgeable about anxiety disorders, ADHD, family of origin, EDMR. Easy to reach, great sense of humor. Made us feel right at ease. Highly recommended!!
