Worse Doctor ever. He is greedy and after I paid balance of the account he got back to me and complained the insurance did not pay him enough. In condition in total he charged me and my insurance for 10 K. He gave us wrong estimate and then billed us. He send us to credit agecy and damaged my husband credit history.

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They were so nice and gave me a huge selection of toothbrushes and toothpastes to choose from after my appointment. They really make an extra effort to make their patients feel special. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount.

I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. One of my pet peeves is bad breath, and one thing that I have always noticed about this provider is that they never have bad breath. I've never even noticed a smell at all. This is their words but my sentiment exactly. This dentist is very gentle and does a great job. I highly recommend Dr K.

I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.
