They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. They were always happy to help me. They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. It's always nice to have comfortable chairs to sit in while you are waiting to visit the chiropractor. I appreciate the fact that they invested in comfy chairs. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. I was amazed at how much better I felt after my adjustments. I was worried that my adjustments were going to be painful but they were extremely careful.
