Heidi and support staff are absolutely excellent at what they do. Heidi is meticulous; I trust her absolutely with my face. Her support staff is polite and efficient.

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Great customer service - they made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, Heidi is fabulous, honest and trustworthy. She is very well trained and I trust her for all my injectibles and laser treatments.

They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
