I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.
