The man's a quack and a charlatan of the first degree. Look up NRCT, which he tries to sell to people - it's a con, dangerous and almost certainly affiiated with Scientology (honestly look up Dr Whitcomb and Dr Singer who dreamed it all up).

Avoid at all costs!
