I needed to pay cash & made it very clear that we were on a budget. Was told Dr. was going to call to discuss, but we didn't hear from her. Was quoted a price for the 1st visit, but afterward was charged over $100.00 more! When I inquired about this, the staff was incredibly cold, short and didn't seem to care a bit that this was a problem for us. I wanted to know why we weren't given any information or options before the extra 30 second, though fairly expensive procedure was performed.

Even though I'd called a week in advance, she had no idea why I was there. She didn't take my (very complex) needs seriously. She's rather cold and business-like; doesn't have a good bedside manner. I was referred by a respected colleague but she acted as though my surgical needs were unnecessary. The medication she prescribed was not at all related to my condition. I'd seen her before and we'd never really clicked...now I remember why. I definitely would not refer her to a friend or relative.

Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. I was utterly satisfied with my visit here. We achieved everything I had hoped and more. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.
