After receiving 2 deep tissue massages from Nicole Penkalski she offered me a discount on future massages if I paid in advance. I paid $270 for 3 one hour deep tissue massages and scheduled the appointments a couple weeks apart. She then proceeded to cancel all of the appointments the morning of or the night before. I tried to be patient as she gave me every excuse in the book. Car accident (3 times), sick in hospital (3 times), dog died, grandma died, husband left, lost her job and her office. After she told me she lost her office I waited a couple days and called from a different phone number and asked where she was located looking to setup an appointment and she told me she was located and working from the same location. I then started trying to get a refund of my money which she refused to give me in person or by electronic payment. She would only write a personal check and send it in the mail. I gave her an address to send it to when she told me that she couldn't pay with Christmas coming. I said fine send it in January and still have not been able to get it 5 months later

You better check her grade of F on the Better Business Bureau. Constantly cancels appointments with lame excuses. Also have not shown up for a scheduled appointment. She will also tell you her life story and all about her step-children and their behaviors. Not professional. STAY AWAY

Nicole is good at what she does, but is a horrible business person. She constantly cancels appointments or just doesn't show up. How many car accidents can one person have. Don't waste your money, find someone who will properly care for you when you need them to.

She is amazing! Hands down the best massage therapist I have seen. She's knowledgeable, personable and those hands...let me tell ya, they are fantastic! I had been in a car accident and she not only understood what I needed, she treated me as a whole person and varied her technique when appropriate (flare up or new ache/pain). If you have the chance, go see her!

The office staff was unwilling to be flexible about an appointment convenient to me to get in to see the provider. Their staff was mostly friendly and professional. Overall I was a little surprised by the massage therapists indifference in attitude throughout the massage. They were polite enough, but certainly didn't go out of the way to at least appear happy to be there. I was a little nervous that their hands would be too cold, because I've run into that at other places, but they weren't. I was very relieved. At a couple of the other places I've been to, they've ended my massage early, which drove me crazy, but not here. They gave me my full massage, and I enjoyed it very much. The down side of this place is communication, its really hard to get hold of someone and they won't return your call in a timely matter. I had a bad experience and won't be going back.
