When Dr, Ransen promised that we'd need 5 or fewer sessions, we were skeptical. We had seen other marriage counselors every weeks for months, and gotten nowhere. So this was our last resort.

Dr. Ransen works in a ways that we;ve never even heard of before. He showed no interest in discussing all the things that didn't work in the past. With 15 minutes he had us looking into the future in search of solutions. At first, they came slowly, but within 30 minutes his unusual questions had us planning all kinds of things we could do differently to save our marriage.

At the end of the third session, he announced that we had done great, and he saw no reason to see us again. That was 5 months ago, and we are amazed that almost everything that had been ruining our marriage had simply faded away, as we turned our attention to creating solutions instead of complaining about past problems.

If miracles are real, then we experienced one with Dr. Ransen.

They really go out of their way to make their patients feel comfortable and welcome. They were very friendly and quite possibly had one of the most welcoming offices I've ever visited. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.
