Hi JennyM,
If you were indeed an actual client of mine, I apologize sincerely for any bad experience you had with me. I do believe this is a false review though, as it contains a lot of false information. First of all, I have never had a client named JennyM. Secondly, I have never once said that I am a child psychologist, a psychologist of any sort, nor have I ever called myself a doctor, or asked anyone to call me a doctor. I refer to myself as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. My business cards state that, as does my professional website. My degree is not in social work either. My master’s degree is in Marriage and Family Therapy. I strive to listen to clients fully at all times. For whoever wrote this review, I wish you had used your real name so that I could contact you and resolve any concerns you had. I do not appreciate you making up false information. That is unkind. Should you desire to speak with me about your concern, please feel free to contact me. My best to you if you are, in fact, a former client of mine. -Kelley

Kelley has a problem listening to a full explanation of an issue. She has set opinions that she will not bend to fit individual circumstances. She also seems to have an inflated ego. Kelley has a master's degree in social work, yet she refers to herself as a "child psychologist" or "doctor." Kelley is a counselor, a social worker, or a therapist, but not a doctor. Doctors have doctoral degrees. Psychologists have psychology degrees. She has neither of these. Also, I told her once about an experience I had which involved me spanking my child one time, moderately. I'm a girl who doesn't work out, and I did not spank in anger, so it honestly wasn't that hard. From that moment on, she labeled me as a child abuser. It was weird. I was trying to share something and let down a wall, and she just was weird. I'm not a fan.
