Absolutely the most unwilling to help receptionist in the medical field I have ever talked too I have a 10 dollar rooster and they want 45 dollars just to take a look at ,he has a ear infection and I wanted some advice on what I could do to help borderline rude and could have cared less about helping an animal I don't know how they have a business that is supposed to be about helping animals I bring my dogs to yukon pet care clinic they are caring charge less than any vet I have seen but they don't treat birds ,completely UN acceptable

This is the sorryest place I ever been to he let my little pet die he just stood there and just talked while my baby was dieing he is the worest SOB I ever met you want to keep your pet alive take it somewhere else

Don't take your animals here! Too long of a story and too many complaints to list all. Long story short? They almost killed my cat, refused his records to me (probably because they are going to alter them) and the "Dr." Stock is the least compassionate vet I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Not to mention he lied to me, lost his cool, flipped out, and acted like a child. Read their reviews on yellow pages, I'm not the first one to almost lose or lose an animal to them. Absolutely terrible place!!! Stay away and find a reputable vet clinic!

The chairs in the waiting room were the cheap plastic kind. My back started to hurt while I was waiting. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. The restrooms here are not well-stocked. They had very few things I needed. Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week. They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. I was shocked at how unprofessional they looked.

Do not EVER take your dog, cat or bird to Southside Dog, Cat & Bird. The veterinarian there does not care about you or you animal. He removed three of Mac's teeth during a cleaning and at no point were we made aware of this. Ryan noticed that three of his teeth were missing while rubbing Mac's gums. When Ryan asked the vet about it he said that Mac probably felt better after his teeth were removed. He didn't seem to understand that we were upset that he didn't tell us that they removed his teeth. Not cool. The vet was completely unprofessional and the staff there are not any better. Do yourself a favor and never take an animal you love to this clinic.
If you live in Oklahoma City, DO NOT use the Southside Dog Cat & Bird Clinic for your animals.

Roger Harlin, is the most unprofessional and rude person I have the displeasure of dealing with in quite some time.

I brought my dog into the Southside Dog Cat & Bird Clinic have his teeth cleaned. He is a rescue and had some pretty bad teeth. They cleaned his teeth just fine, but they had to remove 3 teeth because of their condition. The problem I have with this vet is at no point in time did they ever call me and tell me he had 3 bad teeth and they never told me they pulled the teeth. I didn't know until the next morning I noticed teeth missing, so when I went to the office to ask about why they were gone, Robert got defensive and rude. When I told him I was upset, the first words he said to me were, "Well there are other places you can go for this kind of service." He also told me that they did me a service for not charging the $13 extraction fee for each tooth. He never did seem to care that I was never informed that teeth were removed and I was upset because of that. He said, "we probably should have said something."

Do not take your animal there because you never know what they will do to them when you're not there.
