I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date and a little unsafe as well. My pets love it here and they are never anxious to leave (however it could be due to all the fun treats they get) . I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
