For as long as I can remember we have been taking our dogs to Hermosa. They are great with the animals. And very kind and helpful with owners. The past couple of years their prices have gone up. But still not as expensive as most.

My daughter and I have alway had excellent service but it is busy and can have a wait so plan your time it is reasonably priced and are pet friendly.

i had gone to Hermosa vet about 4 times with no problems & excellent customer service. the last time I went, there was a rude lady working the front desk, I think she is the owner's daughter. she didn't care that my cat was in pain & needed her pain meds. I could pay for the visit but was $1 short for meds. she refused to send an invoice & began to threaten me. I am disabled & it was hard for me to even carry my cat around in her cat carrier. I left after being yelled at & was crying in disbelief that this b==== didn't care at all about my cat. I had to wait on a cab & the woman came outside & told me to get off her property, go wait across the busy street. I told her no, I can't walk that far & so I just stood there crying til my cab arrived. i did report this to one of the major news stations here, but it wasn't enough for them to air my story, they need other complaints. hopefully they are continuing to struggle financially & I can bet she is running off dozens of customers, single handedly bankrupting their clinic. I know they lost about $1500 by turning me away as I always have 2 or 3 cats & they always get vet care. thank God for the mobile vets. it is even cheaper to have the mobile vet come than it is to take a cab to the vet & pay for hermosa's outlandish fees.
