I always had good experiences with Dr. Waller and his staff. Had I not moved out of state I would have continued to have my pets treated by him. As for those who feel he was only interested in money I very strongly disagree. Apparently they never visited other vets in the surrounding area. Had they done so I'm sure they would not feel this way. The harsh opinions are unnecessary as far as I'm concerned. The type of people who spout such negativity should be ashamed as this man offered services at rates which were less than half of what the vets in the surrounding area charged. He would work out payment plans which others would not. People need to stop being so critical.

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Yes, they were able to do almost nothing they originally said they could
Was this veterinarian able to perform all basic as well as complicated procedures?
Yes, I've never had to take my pets anywhere else
Were the examining rooms clean and free of odor?
Sort of, I felt like they could be cleaner.

No, they didn't cancel on me last minute
