Was pretty upset when she took an extended phone call (15-20 minutes?) during my session. Lasted so long I left her office and returned to reception. I can certainly see if it was an emergency, but it seemed like a casual chat and at the end of the call she even scheduled another appointment.

Perhaps some people are more important than others?
