I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. My appointments always get canceled last minute here. It is really frustrating and really unprofessional in my opinion. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be.
Also, In my individual sessions, I found out later that the husband who had been abusing me, and I was reporting it all the time, I found out that my therapist KNEW HIM AND THEY WERE FRIENDS!! Completely broke my trust and his "professional code of ethics" Dr Ramzi Nassar is NOT to be trusted!!!
