Caring-Compassionate-Knowledgeable
-We have taken our pets to Columbia Animal Hospital for several years. When we arrive at CAH, someone is always there to greet us and review our concerns or reasons for our visit. They talk to our dog and pet him/her, relieving any stress of the visit.
-When a technician comes to take us to the treatment room, she also shows care and compassion to us and our pet.
-Dr. Bartlett enters the room with a very warm greeting. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. As he carefully and gently examines our dog, he thoroughly explains his diagnosis. After the exam is complete, he tells us his recommended treatment/s. If you have any questions or concerns, he takes the time to explain. If we decide not to follow up with any of his recommendations for treatment, he does not try to persuade us or criticize us for our choices. When our visit is complete, Dr. Bartlett follows us to the check out area and has something nice and/or comforting to say to us and our dog.
-If our dog needed to stay overnight, someone called to let us know how he/she was doing. Sometimes it was Dr. Bartlett himself!!!!

I am so tired of reading negative reviews about CAH. Some of the reviews are just down right petty. This is an excellent facilty with a great dr and wonderful staff.

Very knowledgable and friendly. Went above and
Beyond to take care of my pet who was very ill.
Anytime I had a problem with her they would say
Come on over. No hesitation. I even called Dr Bartlett
On his cell phone and I was always able to talk to
Him, which is a big relief when you are worried about
Your pet and you are actually able to talk directly to your
Own vet when their office is closed. He has even come
In on Sundays to see my pet. Dr Bartlett gets an A++++
In my book. Caring and compassionate.

Already killed one of my dogs....over charges for everything....$186 for a broken dewclaw.....he just ripped it out with forceps and bandaged it.....I could have done that at home for free
