In 2012 our cocker spaniel got a tumor and needed to be put down. They were the most gracious and caring folks. They even sent us a sympathy card. We are now back in the area and now have a Lhasa Apso and planning to make an appointment for her.

I brought my 14 yr old Chocolate lab, Molly here 2 weeks ago. They diagnosed her with vestibular disease, which is treatable. I brought Molly home and she kept getting worse, so finally I took her to another vet who actually did blood work and we found out her kidneys were failing!!! This place gave us a terrible prognosis. My girl died on Sunday.

Our bloodhound had ectropion and had surgery to fix this issue in June 2014. In my opinion you should look up the condition and look at the pros and cons of surgery. And if you decide to do the surgery go to a vet that specializes in this type of surgery. Our bloodhound will forever need eye drops to prevent infection since her entire eyelid was removed and now she does not have tear ducts. I should have realized something was wrong when a few days after her surgery when another vet at their "sister", had to replace stitches and commented that "they sure did take a lot of her eyelids". Now we are seeing another vet, who doesn't think our dog even needed the surgery. I have never heard the phrase "botched surgery" until now. It's worth the time and effort to get a second opinion. And get the facts!!! This type of surgery almost never works out well-but i didn't do my due diligence and the vet never told me the risks or possible outcomes. And now my poor dog is paying the price.

No, but there was a little grass outside the office so it was fine

Always, there's no fear of your pet going hungry or thirsty here. They have bowls all over the office.
