They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. Their office was unbearably cold. I was starting to worry that I would catch hypothermia if I stayed there any longer. I understand that heating bills are expensive, but it was awful in there. The staff here isn't friendly at all. I felt very unwelcome due to their rudeness. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business.
