Dr. Holland has performed an biopsy on my pet along with two ultrasounds. It is very very difficult to get her to call you back after leaving 4-5 messages. This last time it has been 10 days and counting and no return phone calls on prognosis and to change prescription to liquid form from pill. I have left numerous messages last week with no response what so ever. It leaves a bad taste in my mouth that she doesn't care about the well being of her patients.

A couple months ago, staff would say she would call you back in the evening and then the next couple days they would say they would put it in front of her to make sure she calls me. Still no phone call.

A five minute update phone call could go a long ways. If you want communication between appointments, Dr. Holland is not the vet for you.

She is good when she is in front of you, but out of sight out of mind.

Staff has always been very polite and sincere, but the communication aspect of return phone calls is broke and very disappointing.

Dr Holland is a phenomenal doctor. She helped my Lab through a tough time with excellent results for both the dog and the owners. She is hands down the best specialist we have ever been too for both animals and humans.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. If I were in need of a kennel for my pet I would definitely take them here. The kennels and holding areas in their office were some of the cleanest I have ever seen. My pets love it here and they are never anxious to leave (however it could be due to all the fun treats they get) . They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.
