While thorough and apparently knowledgeable very high priced and unwilling to work out any plan with clientele on fixed income. No discount for multiple pets. Only open 4 days per week M-T, no after hours or weekends. Berated me in her lobby in front of staff and other clients for not bringing my dog in earlier for treatment. While she had every right to criticize my care she should have done so in private.
