Absolutely, the kennels and holding areas were some of the cleanest I have ever seen

Been taking my pets to Dr. Jones for 15 + years. Simple, low-tech, but knowledgable and compassionate care without a lot of unnecessary overhead. Prices are reasonable and they don't try to talk you into unnecessary procedures. Appreciate the honest and professional care.

Not at all! I've never seen my pet so calm. They really have a gift with animals here.

I do plan on recommending this animal hospital to my friends and family. I was really pleased with their work and how they treated my pets. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. One thing I did enjoy was the waiting room chairs. They were comfortable and I didn't mind waiting in them for the appointment. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. It has never crossed my mind to take my pets anywhere else due to their outstanding ability to perform any basic as well as complicated procedures. Their level of knowledge and experience is unlike any other vet I have ever been to.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Absolutely! They handle everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care
