Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
Were the kennels and holding areas clean?
Absolutely, the kennels and holding areas were some of the cleanest I have ever seen

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service

We have taken all five of our animals to Dr. Shearer for years. She is so down to earth and honest. Her staff is very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Shearer really has a love for animals and it shows. She never makes you feel like she is in a hurry and your questions are not important. She has taught us so much about our pets healthcare.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The examining rooms at their office were clean and free of odor. I can tell they really strive to keep their office looking and smelling nice. It's so refreshing to find a vet that isn't always overwhelmed by too many pets. They are able to spend as much time with you as you need and are never rushed off to see another pet. The veterinarian and friendly staff educated me on what I could do better to help keep my pets healthy and happy and really stressed the importance of taking care of my pets teeth. I left with a better understanding of proper pet health and found their recommendations to be incredibly helpful. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.
