Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Extremely friendly, I could really tell his/her love for animals.

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.
Was this veterinarian able to perform all basic as well as complicated procedures?
Absolutely! They handle everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
