My recent visit for my dogs to get neutered was HORRIBLE. not only were they rude but the facility was dirty and the crates had old blood from other animals in it. Not only did the scales not work when getting a weight but they did not ask me the weight of my dogs. After telling them the weight they laughed and said " I was going to guess that" . Never going back and would not refer anyone one to this place!

SHE KILLED MY KITTEN! I can not prove this but if she has done many spay and declaws my kitten should not of died. I believe she gassed her to death.

They do not treat the animals in a humane way!!!! My cat was put in a plastic bin with a tube with gas running in it to put it to sleep for surgery....they are rude and very inconsiderate to the peoples and animals feelings. DO NOT GO THERE!!!

I really appreciated Dr Winters who was kind, caring & understanding in caring for my cats. However, the most recent treatment per a particular staff member answering the phone was very poor. He was extremely rude.
