I brought a rabbit in for a dental and she came home in a box. She had to be put to sleep after several visits and misdiagnoses. They say they do exotics, but when questioned, they state that they are not exotic Vets. Not Board Certified. They just charge you the huge fee. Very expensive. Very disappointed! Go somewhere else, unless you want to pay an huge amount of money for an "exotic" and get an injured animal in return, that you have to put to sleep and incur huge Vet bills.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They were so informative, and thoroughly answered every single question I had regarding pet care. I left feeling like I really learned a lot. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
