Front desk staff can be rather unfriendly. I've been multiple times & have had no issues, but the last couple of times there were different people & I was treated as if I was a burden. However, the vet is always absolutely wonderful, she is friendly, knowedgable & the reason I return. Also, much more affordable than other places.
