They had a few things listed that they weren't able to deliver. Most of what they said was accurate, but not all. There was one time they called me to postpone my appointment. It's not all the time, but it's still annoying. I know that they don't have a lot of clients here. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff wasn't with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. Kind of snobby, actually

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Not at all, I didn't notice a smell.
Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

They always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. The receptionist was one of the most cheerful people I've met!

Debbie Mckayle is the BEST Reflexologist I have ever gone to! I've gone to a reflexologist since 1985 and she is by far THE MOST effective! She's Very caring and extremely knowledgable. She knows what she's doing!! She's helped me so much!! I would recommend her to anyone and as a matter of fact I have and will continue to do so. Give her a try and you won't go back to anyone else!
