They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. At other places I've been to, sometimes the massage therapist's hands have been too cold, but they weren't at all here. They were the perfect temperature, which made my massage even more enjoyable.

Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

Definitely! They asked detailed questions about my preferences for the massage before beginning
Did the massage therapist use quality oils during your massage?
Definitely! They used very expensive oils that smelled fantastic

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They are always extremely careful to respect my privacy and knock every single time before they enter the massage room. I never have to worry. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.

I am a larger semi athletic guy and it is rare when a massage therapist can get deep enough into my tissue for a good massage. I have been going to Nikki for over 2 years because she can get deep enough and will ease up if she gets too deep. She is honestly the best I have ever been to.
