I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. My hair looked so beautiful when I left. My stylist is amazing and I can always go out right after my hair is done here. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I always have a lot of questions, but they were able to answer every single one of them thoroughly, and clearly. They are definitely experts.

Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation.
