They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. Ann did a great job on my color, I couldn't be more pleased.

I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. Their prices were not fair at all. I went in for a trim, just straight across because I am growing my hair out. She had me stand up (bc my hair was too long to sit down) and barely brushed my hair. Didn't section it, wash it or blow dry it. It took her a total of 5 minutes to do and I was charged $20. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. Their staff was somewhat friendly, the girl that cut it was nice but the franchise owner was there and he told her to charge me this ridiculous amount for the job that she did! NEVER again.
