This place was the worst salon I've ever been to in my 25 years of living. I went there on July 21st, 2013 to get a haircut because a friend of mine referred me to it. I called ahead to ask what time they were open to and if they accepted walk-ins. They said they were closing early because it was slow but they would take me and I told them I would arrive in about 15-20 minutes. They said that was alright. I arrived there and the woman who was on the phone at the desk was the snottiest bitch I've ever met. She said to me in a snotty voice, "You said you'd be here 15 minutes ago!" The hairstylist got hissy with me when asking if I wanted my hair shampooed and what style I wanted. When she went to get a hairstyle book, the front desk bitch then proceeded to say, "Don't take too long because I am shutting down the register and want to close." I then proceeded to pick up my purse and I said, "I change my mind. I don't want to deal with you people." I wouldn't even recommend this place to my worst enemy. I thought hairstylists were supposed to be dedicated to their craft, no matter what happens. Avoid this place at all costs!! I am reporting this place to the BBB.

Absolutely. The stylist was very careful to make sure I stayed completely dry.

Dear HairCraffters. thk so much. they were fast. reliable. Donna was GREAT!! , smily and accomodating. she understood my waivy hair and i left the salon feeling great & gorgeous. I saw some other clients and they were as happy and beautiful. I'll be a loyal customer 4ever!! now.....and the PRICE is perferct!!
