I have been a customer of Tina's for many years. She has always done a wonderful service for me. Over the years she has become a friend.
Staff is so courteous and friendly and makes me feel "at home".

Filthy dirty place!
I would be ashamed to admit that I owned this place. Considering there are hygiene regulations in this industry I am very surprised Heath and safety have not closed her down. This is a complete reflection on the owner Tina whom in my opinion has no business being a employer/business owner, if you don't respect yourself...how are you going to respect others or your work place!. Move on people.

STAY AWAY!!!! The owner is obnoxious! She actually confronted a hairdresser at the front desk about not charging me correctly.... She wanted the girl to charge me more. Tina ( the owner ) was so rude! She yelled at her employee in front of a group of people. So UNPROFESSIONAL! The floors were filthy....... Ants in my coffee...and all around the coffee area. The owner had fought until she got her extra $7.00! NEVER going back! Most unprofessional place I have ever been.......salon is old needs updating big time!

I went for what should've been simple buttery hilites and a little shapeing around my face with long layering at the ends of my original past shoulder length already previosuly hilited hair. My hair did not look bad when I went in it was just time to get it done before Christams and I wanted to try somewere new closer to work.
I ened up with blue/grey low lights, some lighter and some darker. The overall "hilite color is grayish not buttery blonde..still looks bad! The owner Tina that did my hair said to use a strong shampoo to get it out.. she acted like it was not her fault and would not let me go to anyone else to try and fix the color. She also butchered my hair with a bunch of very short layers on the sides and back of my hair. Then told me I just need to learn how to style it her way..Seriously!! I like to pull it up and sometimes let it dry on it's own no it's so short it just frizzs up. When I said I needed to get the color fixed she insisted no refunds and only she would fix it. That was a even bigger mistake. I could tell on the phone she had a attitude and did not listen to what I wanted. Her fix unevenly paint bright red streaks over the lighter gray colored "hilites" and leave it on too long while taken care of someone else. I paid for highlits and now my hair is much darker than when I first went in there. It would not be so bad if the colors were pretty and even but this is terrible!! UGLY!! Clearly the woman does not care or want to hear about it she kept telling me how shes the best and done this for 17 yrs..that place is also slow no one ever in there..I will keep blogging and warn others she had the chance to make it right. I am nice, and very easy going but I will make sure this does not happen to me or anyone else ever again!! Tina, I could just post the before and after photos..they speak for themselves!
