IThey were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They are crooks. Annette does not have the experience she says she has. She belongs at a Hair Cuttery in a strip mall.
